ACCESS CONTROL SOLUTIONS BY ACCESS CONTROL PROFESSIONALS
ABDi's on-site option is the perfect solution for communities that want to maintain their security software locally or take advantage of their existing fiber-optic or hardwired infrastructure. In this solution, ABDI furnishes a dedicated Server to host the security software. The Server can be located in the Main Gatehouse or in the Community Association office to utilize the community's existing internal network. Property management and security personnel access the database using their existing computers or computers furnished by ABDi. Residents can access the system using any computer with broadband internet service. The community maintains physical possession of the security database. Automatic on-site data backup performed nightly (off-site backups available). Access to security database is not dependent on internet access and it allows you to utilize your existing internal computer network.
ABDi's remote hosting option is the perfect security software solution for budget-conscience communities or communities without an IT staff. The initial capital expenditure required is greatly reduced since you don't have to purchase and maintain a Server. Remote hosting is an internet-based system. ABDi's software is hosted off-site on a Server located in a secure, continuously monitored data center. Residents, property management and security personnel access CMS using their existing computers with broadband internet service. If a gatehouse computer fails, simply plug in a new one with internet access and your guards are back in business processing guests into the community. Administrators can modify the database and generate reports from their existing office or home computers.
